Treat yourself to a vacation in this Living Show Room — the perfect “Midcentury to Next-Century Transformation” of an iconic 1950s home originally built by the Alexander Construction Company and then remodeled by Solterra Builders. The Design Team from West Elm used their product line of organic, handcrafted, sustainably sourced sofas, tables, beds, lighting, and accessories to furnish this classic home (circa 1958). OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Completely walled for privacy, the entire property feels like an upscale resort with its large concept pool area, outdoor living pavilion, game areas, 5 fire features, 3 outdoor showers, al fresco dining, gas barbecue, and poolside chaise lounges. Sophisticated modern style meets 1950s sensibility to create this fabulous outdoor space that certainly has the Wow Factor. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee.
