Around the pool you'll find a wonderful outdoor living room with an easy to use gas firepit, and a covered dining pavilion with a plumbed barbecue and seating for eight. Poolside lounge chairs, additional cocktail seating, a hammock, and a grassy knoll for volleyball and croquet make this yard a vacation heaven. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all open to each other and offer direct access to the pool and patio. There is a fireside lounge area, a place for watching television and a dining area for eight people. The all new, fully-stocked chef's kitchen has been space planned for individual or team meal prep and offers stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a huge center island. ** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at our vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. ** SLEEPING QUARTERS Inside the main house, there is an oversized King master bedroom with a private bath and direct pool access, plus two Queen guest bedrooms that share a bath. There is also a detached casita with a queen bed and its own private bath. All of the bedrooms have televisions. THE LOCATION Three Amigos Ranch sits on a quiet residential street in the Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood just a mile from South Palm Springs where you'll find fine restaurants, burger joints, sandwich shops, nightlife, entertainment venues, grocery stores, and art galleries.
