El Paseo - the renowned stretch of downtown Palm Desert that's famous for its boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries - is just over a mile north, while the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens awaits two miles east. If you're a golfer, you'll have countless courses to choose from in the area, including several that are open to the public. THINGS TO KNOW This home must be booked 2 weeks in advance. A DocuSign and registration fees are to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. The registration fee is $100. The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. This home only allows minimum night stays of 29 nights or longer. This is enforced by the County and we cannot make any exceptions. Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day.
