Perched near Palm Canyon Drive (the main artery between Palm Springs and La Quinta) affords quick access to groceries, shopping, dining, golfing, and Palm Springs International airport. This South Palm Springs location will be ideal for anything from a day of golfing and hiking along pristine trails to heading into downtown and experiencing the vibrant local shops that this city is known for. If you want a change of scenery, the Moorten Botanical Garden is only three-and-a-half miles away offering a great display of native plants. Not to mention, you will be close to all of the other fun desert cities in the valley and a short drive to the famous Joshua Tree National Park! THINGS TO KNOW -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. -The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays. • Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day.
