So close to the restaurants downtown and the hikes in Sabino Canyon, you can return to this beautifully landscaped yard in a quiet neighborhood and enjoy a peaceful evening. The ranch is also within a mile of the city's incredible 131-mile bike loop, running along the city's Rillito River path. Being less than four miles from the University of Arizona makes this home excellent for visiting your students. Downtown Tucson is six miles away where you can browse the galleries at the Tucson Museum of Art, sample some of the many popular restaurants, and do a little shopping.
