This home is located on a cliff and may not be suitable for small children. This is a pet-free property due to the homeowner's extreme allergies. Any animals brought into or around the perimeters of the home will result in immediate eviction, a minimum pet cleaning fee of $500, and loss of any reservation payment and fees. Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay. Palm Desert city ordinance prohibits loud music and unruly parties in residential neighborhoods, and strict occupancy rules are enforced. Over-occupancy and noise violations will result in fines and eviction without a refund.
