The fourth bedroom is just off the sunken living room and features two skylights, a bright big window with plantation shutters, and a minimalist layout. Head through the double doors at the end of the hall to reach the fifth/primary bedroom. This main bedroom suite features a gas fireplace, gym area, wet bar, a desk workspace with a monitor, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a large private sauna, a bidet, a standalone shower, and a jetted tub. Streaming is available with guest accounts. Guests must travel by car to reach this home. The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. • Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day.
