WHAT'S NEARBY Sitting just south of the downtown core of Palm Springs, you will have no trouble checking out the best attraction in no time! Walk a few minutes from your front door and grab a coffee at Koffi South Palm Springs or pick up a delicious breakfast at Elmer's Restaurant! When it is time to venture into downtown, make your way to the bustling Palm Canyon Drive and pop into the various shops and art galleries that catch your eye. If there are a few outdoorsy members of the group, a hike won't be hard to find with Tahquitz Canyon under two miles from home base. THINGS TO KNOW -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. -The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. • Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day.
