WHAT'S NEARBY This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in central Palm Springs, a mile and a half east of the heart of downtown. Palm Canyon Drive, the main village thoroughfare that's lined with renowned restaurants, boutiques, theaters, art galleries, and various forms of nightlife, is within walking or biking distance, as are the tennis courts at Ruth Hardy Park, the Palm Springs Convention Center, and the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino.
