City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. -City ordinance requires check-in for all reservations. Only the registered guest whose name is on the rental agreement can check-in and they must provide their ID as well as the credit card that was used at the time of booking. •Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day.
