The utility deposit covers the cost of utilities used during the stay. The utility deposit requirement applies to all homes where a guest stays 'monthly' (28 nights or longer). The utility deposit for homes with a private pool is $2,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.
