When you want to head into town, don't hesitate to check out the delicious restaurants, art exhibits, and shops on Palm Canyon Drive. Not to mention, a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park is under 30 miles from home base! THINGS TO KNOW -This home only allows minimum night stays of 29 nights or longer. This is enforced by the County and we cannot make any exceptions. However, For stays 29-nights or more, additional discounts may be available, please contact us for more information. -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. -The utility deposit is 500 dollars for 28 nights with 125 dollars added for each additional week the guest stays. •Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
