EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Maximum parking is three vehicles: two in the driveway and one on the street. All leases require a minimum 31-day term. Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay. Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. This includes radios, musical instruments, and any other devices that produce or reproduce sound. Indoor music must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any amplified music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Outdoor noise and/or use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm-8am. Guests shall respect the neighbor's privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat.
