This single-level home sits just eight miles south of downtown Sedona, but everything you need is close by. Within minutes you'll find local restaurants, cafes, unique shops, and a full-service grocery store, making it easy to stock up for a night in or step out to experience the local flavor. The Jacks Canyon Trailhead is only a mile east, with Courthouse Vista, Bell Rock, and Cathedral Rock all just a short drive away. Inside, the home is both inviting and practical. The front living room offers a comfortable sitting area with beautiful stained glass windows and natural light—perfect for reading, morning coffee, or simply enjoying the views. A second, more casual sitting area features a TV with streaming capability, flowing into the fully equipped kitchen and dining nook for six. The primary suite offers its own TV, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace in the living room is not operational. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
