With up close views of Courthouse Butte from the floor to ceiling widows and doors, you will want to come back year after year. To start, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you will need for your stay. Just off the kitchen you will see the living room with the best techno gadgets and oversized flatscreen TV. Complete with Streaming service capabilities, you will be able to watch whatever your heart desires. You may not know this but, Sedona has a ordinance that decreases the amount of lights that are allowed during the night. This means that you are able to see the night sky with the brightest stars you have ever seen. This makes for a perfect stargazing night with a telescope that is provided for you. All three bedrooms are complete with luxury mattresses for a perfect night's sleep and plenty of space and storage. If you are retreating to Sedona for business? The second bedroom has a PC monitor for your convenience as well. Outback in the wide open spaces and red rock views, you will find lounge chairs and a BBQ grill for all your grilling desires. There's not much left to say about this house other than it is more than a home away from home. Comfort, luxury, simplicity and relaxation are what comes to mind at this retreat. House Rules - Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. ~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM ~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind ~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. ~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. ~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago. ~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. ~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure. ~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee. ~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved. ~No Smoking ~No large gatherings ~No mailbox access will be granted ~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature ~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. ~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection ~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock.
