Surrounded by red rock views and open skies, it's the perfect place to cool off after a day of hiking or unwind beneath the stars in true desert fashion. INDOOR LIVING SPACES Inside, the home features a bright, open great room with soaring ceilings and expansive windows that frame Sedona's stunning red rock landscape. Natural light fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. The living area is designed for comfort and connection, with plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and integrated sound system for relaxing evenings in. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining area, with seating for six plus an additional breakfast nook — ideal for morning coffee or casual meals. The kitchen overlooks the main living space and features a scenic window above the sink, bringing the outdoors in while you cook and gather. SLEEPING QUARTERS The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and a private en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, creating a quiet space to unwind after a day of exploring. The guest bedroom also features a queen bed and comfortable furnishings, providing a restful retreat for additional guests. Each room is thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and a good night's sleep. LOCATION Located in the heart of West Sedona, this home offers unbeatable access to everything the area is known for. World-class hiking and biking trails are just minutes away, along with local dining, shopping, and wellness experiences. Despite its central location, the home maintains a peaceful, residential feel — giving you the best of both convenience and retreat. House Rules ~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. ~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM ~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind ~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. ~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. ~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago. ~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. ~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure. ~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee. ~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved. ~No Smoking ~No large gatherings ~No mailbox access will be granted ~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature ~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. ~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection ~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock.
